We’ll welcome you in our 40-hectars farm, with the oak forest lightened up by string lights, a Fellini’s movie-like but still cozy atmosphere, surrounded by old countryside furniture and straw sofas. A perfect mix between a rough and ready mood and refined details.
Wicker baskets, timber tables and chairs, vintage furniture, string lights, oaks, vineyards and olive groves make a rough and joyful atmosphere, simple but still bohemian. There are many ways to organize your own wedding: a long-laid country table in the wood, a garden party or even a mix of the two – why not? The outcome is always a happy and light-hearted celebration.
Our wedding at Campoletizia was amazing! Livia and Nicola understood what we wanted and made it a perfect day for us: relaxed, tasteful, amazing food, beautiful flowers, amazing view! Our friends came from the UK and loved everything about Campoletizia – the rooms at Casa Rossa, the service and hospitality from the staff, and of course the food! Everything was beautiful and so personal. Livia made beautiful bouquets – her daughter even picked flowers from the garden for my bouquet. Traditions
We really care about food, that’s why we select high-quality products from our farm or from small local farms close to us.
A very reach and precious variety of cheeses, with a selection of pecorinos and goat cheese, blue, cave ripened cheese, walnut or pomace refined cheese, soft cow’s-milk cheese, ricotta cheese or mozzarellas. Part of the cold cuts (soft salami and dry sausages) come from our farm. Others, like ham, lard, loin, and seasoned salami come from local family businesses. Our food concept is a glimpse on the Abruzzi, it’s tied to the origins, to family and to old traditions.
Sunday lunch memories, the smell of the cooked wort, of vinegar, of tomato sauce, all prepared by grannies and grandpas in their country house.

Campoletizia’s spaces face a beautiful valley of Chieti’s lands with a rich panorama: it’s got a sea view and a view on the Majella and Gran Sasso mountains. Besides the tavern and the space all around, guests can enjoy the old country house with its 9 rooms renewed, the Casa Rossa and with it a wide car park in the green.
EVENTS LOCATION
From the renovation of the old family country house, we got three different spaces. The first one is a 60 square meters room that used to be a stable – it keeps the heavy white timber beams and a low ceiling. Natural and soft light adds value to the furniture coming from an old grocery shop from the very first years of the XX century.
The second one, a 30 square meters room, is way higher and it’s got a wooden mezzanine and two wide windows that makes it very bright. Here you have two big timber tables – the round one hosting up to 15 people and the other up to 14.
Then you get into the third room with a surface of 75 square meters. It’s all in white with two glass walls and little furniture; it gets a lot of light and it’s suitable for big groups.
OSPITALITA’
Campoletizia’s 9 rooms are equipped with a b&b service.
Casa Rossa has got three bedrooms – 2 king size and a king size with one more single bed -, a common room on the ground floor and 6 more rooms upstairs. The common room has armchairs and a library, a hall with a fireplace and sofas plus a space for breakfast that has got a big table and a cooking corner.
Breakfast is a moment we really care about and that’s why we’ll offer you bio food from our garden or from local farms in the Abruzzi. Upstairs there are three king size bedrooms and three triple bedrooms – the latter are king size plus a single bedroom.
All rooms have their own private bathroom.

f you’re coming from Pescara: get to Francavilla’s Foro and take towards Miglianico. After 3 km you’ll find a big roundabout: turn left following Tollo and Giuliano Teatino. Go straight towards Giuliano Teatino and 4 kms before the town turn right at the sign “Agriturismo Campoletizia”. Follow the unpaved path until the farm.
